What- the Role:
Our Client is seeking a new Supply Chain Analyst. This is a newly created role due to continued business growth and needs. The new Analyst will be joining a supply chain planning team that falls under the overall Supply Chain function.The Analyst will focus on reporting and analytics utilizing tools like a top tier ERP, a planning software, Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to drive data-based decisions for the company’s complex and robust supply chain function. Responsibilities include supporting demand and supply forecasting, participating in change management, and optimizing resource allocation to meet business growth goals. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with various departments to enhance strategic alignment, maintain accurate data in the ERP, and track key performance indicators. This position requires both independent work and teamwork, with occasional travel to facilities in North America. SWIM will provide interested & qualified candidates with a thorough job description.
Who- the Candidate:
We are seeking a dynamic, well-rounded, and proactive Analyst. The winning candidate for this role will be a true business partner- someone who communicate and collaborate with folks in sales, procurement, manufacturing, operations, etc. to continuously enhance, refine, and customize the analyses and forecasts being provided. Qualified candidates will have relevant post-secondary education (business, supply chain management, finance, engineering, etc.) along with at least 4 years of progressive experience in an analytical role within the supply chain team of a large company in manufacturing, distribution, and/or retail. Strong systems savvy is required in this role, particularly in Excel and Power BI.
How Much:
Base salary commensurate with experience and skills, likely in the range of $80,000 to $96,000, with a sweet spot of $85,000 to $90,000 (depending on years of experience, where skills were gained, qualifications, etc.). The company will provide their new Analyst with a solid overall compensation package, including a generous bonus program, professional development support, and excellent health, dental, & vision benefits. Where:
Toronto or Vancouver. Hybrid work environment- initial training and onboarding will be close to full-time in office, but after that the Analyst can work from home a few days a week.

Our client is a successful and stable company that is headquartered in Alberta and has operations across Canada. The company already has presence in BC but is aiming to improve the brand’s visibility and the overall revenues in BC in the coming years. The company is broadly speaking in the health & wellness sector.
What- the Role:
Our client seeking a new Director of Operations for the British Columbia region, which currently totals over 250 people working in around 20 offices/operational sites.The Director will report into a Vice President of Operations and will have 2 to 4 direct reports on their team. The new Director will play a pivotal role in leading operational excellence across multiple offices within their area. The Director will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty, increasing employee engagement, attracting new top talent to the company, and generally leading overall operational business performance and business development in the BC region. The Director of Operations will be both hands-on and strategic, ensuring that daily activities of the BC team are aligned with the company’s vision and growth plans.
Who- the Candidate:
We are looking for an individual with at least 10 years of progressive experience in operations and team leadership. Qualified candidates will be well-networked and well-established in British Columbia, with a deep understanding of the unique business landscape and business culture in BC. Experience in retail, hospitality, health & wellness, or another service-oriented and predominantly B2C sector is required. MBA or other qualifications such as PMP is an asset. Qualified candidates for this role will welcome challenges and be able to spearhead change management and positive transformation. We are looking for a new Director of Operations who can analyze the business, identify areas of opportunity and address areas of weakness, and be able to work with their team to strategically deliver. This company is looking to grow their presence and revenues in BC in the coming years and this Director of Operations will play a key role in that growth! The Director will have opportunity to potentially develop in future to Vice-President level, based on performance and results.
How Much:
Competitive base salary commensurate with level of skills, experience, and education, likely in the range of $100,000 to $130,000, plus a robust performance-based bonus. Where:
HYBRID / REMOTE WITHIN BC/ BUSINESS TRAVEL. The learning designer will work closely with the Product Sustainability and Claims project team to ensure training aligns with the program’s strategy and plans.

Manage medium-to-high complexity projects or multiple smaller projects within the Global Supply Chain portfolio, including detailed plans, charters, and integration points.

Consolidate resource and timeline views, track budgets, manage change requests, and intake management.

Support with the workstream leads and business experts to drive discovery, design, and buy in for your given deliverables
