Supply Chain Analyst
Help drive process clarity and alignment during a pivotal time of growth as this global brand scales Agile Purchasing over the next year. If you're skilled in process mapping, documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in supply chain and merchandising, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact.
Hybrid working environment of 2-4 days in-office. This is initially a contract through January 2026 with intent to extend barring any unforeseen circumstances.
Who – The Company:
Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international Vancouver based company and one of Vancouver’s finest! Our client is a people-centric organization and known for their collaborative team culture.
What- The Role:
Lead process mapping and documentation efforts to capture and maintain current and future state workflows as our client scales Agile Purchasing over the next 6–12 months.
Document and maintain current and future state process mapsusing tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar.
Lead and support process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points, and opportunities.
Assist with requirements gathering and translate business needs into actionable functional specifications.
Maintain clear traceability between meeting notes, requirements, design decisions, risks, and assumptions.
Act as a conduit between the Supply Chain Strategy team and stakeholders in Merchandising, Merchandise Planning, Supply Planning, and other functions.
Support and facilitate meetings to align on process changes, technology needs, and priorities.
Support change management with clear documentation, training materials, and communication plans.
Gather, interpret, and analyze complex data to improve performance and identify patterns and trends.
Who – The Candidate:
Bachelor’s degreein supply chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain, process improvement, or business analysis roles.
Strong process mapping and documentation skills - candidates must be comfortable and experienced with tools like Visio, Miro, or similar.
Experience in Supply Chain or Merchandising/Buying/Planning is strongly preferred to support alignment with key stakeholder groups.
Excellent communicationand collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfortable operating in ambiguity with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Logical and structured approach to problem solving, with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with planning systems or ERP platformsis a plus.
Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certification is a plus.
How much:
$37-43.20/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.

Who – The Company:
Our client, one of Vancouver’s most sought-after companies to work for, with global operations and an impeccable reputation.
What- The Role:
We are seeking an experienced consultant to build driver-based data models to support understanding of key inventory health metrics impacting fulfillment operations.
Analyze key inventory metrics (eg. inventory turnover and capacity utilization) to support data-driven decision-making
Perform SKU rationalization analysis to support with enhanced operational efficiency and cost reduction
Translate operational data into financial implications by developing dynamic models that link changes to key inventory metrics (e.g., units/carton, strategic allocations, new PO purchasing patterns,) to financial metrics (e.g., gross margin, storage costs, labor costs).
Present findings and model outputs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
6+ years of experience in building operational & financial modeling, preferably within inventory management and fulfillment
Strong understanding of key inventory health metrics
Exceptions Excel modeling skills are required; familiarity with Power BI, RMS/ WMS is a plus
Ability to build and explain models that connect operational performance with P&L impact.
Strong and clear communication required.
