Who – The Company:

What- The Role:

This role sits within North America (NA) Creative Operations and works directly with the NA Styling Team who executes the elevated look and feel of our client’s products. Their imprint as a team touches all NA regional projects that are guest-facing from a Brand Creative lens. This role will support many NA projects upstream and downstream with expertise in operational workflow, cross-functional communication, delivery into key GTM milestones for creative / styling, and budget management. This role will be the main connection point with NA Styling, NA Brand Management & GTM Ops, NA Product Operations partners and Global Styling & Sample Operations.
 

  • Be a primary conduit between our Global Product Operations, Global Styling & Sample Operations and NA Styling teams.
  • Strategize, build and implement operational workflows for NA Styling and Samples.
  • Oversee NA sample operations and samples program with a goal to optimize year over year, including Top Of Production (TOP), Brand Marketing Early Samples (BM), Distribution Centre (DC), Sample Order Request (SOR) programs.
  • Oversee Internal Use Product Orders (IUPO), logistics and sample management for NA Campaigns & Weeklies.
  • Optimize sample order intake and volume with Brand Management, Merchandising and Styling to ensure orders align with project objectives, key looks and budget.
  • Redefine roles & responsibilities within NA Sample Operations, and support with org design.
  • Manage day-day of Store Operations Support (SOS) team, support with time-tracking, recruiting and onboarding of new hires as needed.
  • Manage and report on NA samples budget.
  • Report on NA samples activity (ie. what’s ordered vs used, discrepancies) and find ways to optimize, forecast and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Oversee Closet and Archive exit strategy and implement policies to ensure appropriate inventory and physical space considerations are actioned.
  • Build business cases for any CAPEX investment opportunities, ie. additional physical space, closet infrastructure.
  • Lead development and ongoing evolution of Inventory Management tool assessment and implementation.

Who- the Candidate: 

  • 8+ years of direct experience supporting cross-functional work in an operations function.
  • Experience managing and developing people (1-4).
  • Strong proficiency with inventory management tools and systems like TRACK.
  • Strong proficiency with budgeting tools, including Microsoft Excel and PM software like Monday.com.
  • Experience working with styling teams and business partners.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks, with project changes, and reliably meet deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for creative, styling and creative operations; track record instilling operational excellence for a creative, product or styling team.

Who – The Company:

What- The Role:

The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing specific projects within the Global Supply Chain program portfolio. This can include work within complex cross-functional transformations, new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted projects in certain regions or locations. The Project Manager works with Global Supply Chain leadership to stand up and lead a project within the strategic PMO portfolio, helping plan, design, and deliver on project milestones and deliverables while supporting business priorities such as growth, service, and cost improvements.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with multiple business functional teams to:
    • Process map current and future states.
    • Clarify Roles & Responsibilities across the Raw Materials Commercialization group.
  • Identify how a specific group will leverage existing systems and tools to execute their work.

  • Experienced in facilitating cross‑functional workshops and leading multidisciplinary workstreams.
  • Skilled in process mapping, SOP development, and creating core project management artifacts.
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and clear, structured communication.

What- the Role:

SWIM is looking for a new Director of Operations for this wonderful organization. This role is open due to an upcoming retirement. The Director will oversee and lead teams facilities (1 Sr Mgr direct report and 6 indirect), food services (1 Mgr direct report and 6 indirect), IT administration (outsourced 3rd party IT services vendor), and communications (1 direct report).  Total team size of 3 direct reports and 12+ indirect reports. The organization has over 200 employees, with approximately 20 of those folks working at the corporate office and the rest of the team working in operations and services at various sites/facilities. The employee population will grow further in 2026, perhaps hitting or even exceeding the 300 mark.  
The Director of Operations reports to the C-suite team to support alignment with organizational operations and service delivery priorities. The new Director of Operations will provide organization-wide leadership to support the effective delivery of services across all sites and programs. This leader will ensure the organization has the operational infrastructure, systems, and supports required to meet strategic, regulatory, and service delivery objectives.
The Director oversees facilities and asset management, food services, capital planning, procurement, contracts and leases, risk management, business continuity planning, emergency preparedness and key operational projects. Working closely with the Executive Team and community partners, the Director of Operations supports operational excellence, organizational sustainability, and alignment with the mission and values of the NPO.
 

Who- the Candidate:

We are seeking a candidate with 10+ years’ relevant and progressive operations experience in large and multi-site organizations, including at least a few years as a member of a senior leadership team in a Director capacity.

  • Experience overseeing facilities, including significant experience with design, construction and maintenance of facilities projects and operations, preferably in a community setting.
    • Experience overseeing construction projects is very valuable, with a demonstrated ability to lead projects of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Experience in food services is required, preferably for 2+ kitchens with dedicated chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Experience leading internal communications and IT services is preferred.
  • Experience in a unionized workforce is highly preferred as most of this organization’s employees are unionized (this role and all direct reports into the Director are exempt).
  • Experience working for a mid-size NPO is a significant asset.
  • Experience working in the health sector (mental health and/or physical health) is highly preferred, but not required for a quick learner who is personally interested in/passionate about the valuable health services that this organization provides.
  • Post-secondary education is required, ideally a Master’s degree in a relevant area.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is beneficial, with a strong understanding of formal project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.   
  • Understanding of Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERPs)
  • Budget management experience.

The C-Suite and ELT at this NPO enjoy working together, and have a shared passion for the meaningful, important services the organization provides to hundreds of people in the Lower Mainland. The Director of Operations will be highly accountable to the functions that they lead, and will do all they can to foresee and then eliminate/reduce risks to the organization from an operational perspective.
 

Where:

This is a full-time and in-office Monday to Friday role, working from the corporate office in Surrey as well as from a few facilities/sites elsewhere in Surrey and the Fraser Valley. The Director will need to have their own vehicle and a clean, valid driver's license.
 

How Much:

Very generous compensation package, especially for an NPO! The leadership team and the Board at this organization believe in compensating well for the top talent that they hire and retain. Base salary for this role is in the range of $115,000 to $140,000- but please note the high end is reserved for candidates who have not only the required qualifications but also all of the nice-to-have pieces. The salary sweet spot is more like $120,000 to $126,000. Additionally, the Director of Operations will receive robust health, dental, and vision benefits, a municipal pension plan (which can be transferred if the hired individual happens to already be on the same pension plan), professional development support, and an impressive 5 weeks of paid vacation (plus a couple personal days).   • Oversee inventory management for a designated portfolio of stores, focusing on divisional and class-level performance.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of store inventory levels and performance at the SKU level to identify opportunities and actions.
  • Manage inventory parameters within Anaplan and RMS to ensure appropriate replenishment depth and demand.
  • Conduct regular high-level analysis of store portfolios to ensure inventory levels are within optimal capacity ranges and aligned with sales expectations.
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with Regional Managers and cross-functional teams to support store-level inventory management.
  • React to inventory escalations and inquires with a sense of urgency, validating issues through analysis and pattern recognition, consulting with relevant partners, providing action/solution, and sharing back learnings to larger group discussion of market trends
  • Lead short- and long-range forecasting efforts, including revisions to outbound inventory flow strategies.

  • Education & Qualifications-

  • Work Experience-

Where- Headquarters: 

Downtown Vancouver. Hybrid. Close to public transit and many amenities like restaurants and shops. Once they are fully trained and onboarded, the Senior Analyst can choose to work from home up to 2 days a week.  
 

How Much: 

This company provides a very robust total compensation package. Competitive base salary commensurate with experience and skills, likely in the range of $108,000 to $120,000, possibly with a bit of wiggle room beyond that for someone who has highly relevant work experience, skills, and qualifications.
