What- The Role:
Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Parts Manager to lead their growing Parts division. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this is a key leadership role focused on driving parts sales, managing inventory, and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll be instrumental in leading a high-performance team and aligning the division’s performance with company-wide goals.
- Lead the Parts division’s operations, including sales, inventory, customer service, and vendor relationships.
- Develop and execute annual business plans to support revenue growth and profitability.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a team of six, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture.
- Oversee inventory forecasting and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and efficient warehouse operations.
- Build strong relationships with HVAC contractors and customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to create promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
- Track department financials, manage budgets, and take action to ensure targets are met.
- Ensure product knowledge and service delivery standards are consistently high.
Who- the Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in parts management, business operations, or sales with the HVAC or related industry.
- Degree, diploma or equivalent education / experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred; HVAC certifications or technical knowledge is highly desired.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC parts, tools, equipment, and systems.
- Proven success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and sales targets.
- Ability to lift and move HVAC parts and work in a warehouse setting when necessary.
How much:
$110,000-$130,000 + discretionary bonus, robust benefits package.
Where:
North Vancouver, BC, onsite daily with opportunity to work remote one day from home in the future.
