Experience delivering DEI education and consulting is crucial in this role. 
Qualified candidates will have experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams in an official management capacity. Experience working with unions is an asset.

What- the Role:  

The Localization Lead will be responsible for leading the multi-lingual execution of various types of content intended for our client's internal audience in their global markets. You will be responsible for overseeing end to end localization workflow using translation management tools and systems and will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with global stakeholders and translation vendors, freelancers, creative agency partners to ensure the timely delivery of outputs.  

Who – the Candidate:

We are looking for a passionate team player who has at a minimum three years of global localization experience and who hold either a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Localization, or Language Studies. Multilingual is a must with preference for French language but open to all! You have demonstrated experience in successfully leading and delivering complex localization projects for multiple teams. You have extension knowledge of language, and cultural differences. Candidates must have the ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally and communicate effectively with all levels of an organization. In addition to working knowledge of various localization tools, candidates will have prior experience partnering with translation vendors, freelancers, and creative agency partners. You are proactive, results-driven, and have
