Who – The Company:
Our client, one of Vancouver’s most sought-after companies to work for, with global operations and an impeccable reputation.
What- The Role:
Moderate scope: role will be focused on the development and execution of learning resources and strategies.
The learning designer will work closely with the Product Sustainability and Claims project team to ensure training aligns with the program’s strategy and plans.
Collaborate with change management resources supporting other programs that the Product Sustainability and Claims team impacts.
Enable delivery of training resources within the Supply Chain Strategy projects in support of a major process and technology programs.
Build training documents and maintain accuracy as changes occur.
Utilize innovative techniques and modalities to maximize skill acquisition and knowledge retention.
Measure and monitor training effectiveness.
Break complex systems and processes down into training modalities that are easily understood and retained by learners.
Who- the Candidate:
Plan and deliver functional training to support the success of the Product Sustainability and Claim program and its workstreams.
Develop any required training materials, and learning modules.
Develop and facilitate both classroom training and virtual instructor led sessions.
Integrate relevant content into existing training.
Measure and monitor training effectiveness.
Leverage our client's internal LMS for learning plans when appropriate.
Practice agility in maintenance of training resources to meet the needs of a fast-paced, agile project.
Collaborate with other learning and change management leads on the Supply Chain Programs – Change and Learning team.
Our client is looking for a Learning Specialist who:
Has experience collaborating with Project managers and change management. Will need to be able to work with the PMs/CMs across other projects as well within this role.
Can design and develop learning solutions for remote vendor partners using adult learning principles and best practices. Experience with e-learning tools (rise360) a benefit.
Strong communication skills (verbal/written) .
How much:

Supply Chain Project Manager
Are you passionate about driving sustainability and leading impactful projects? These two exciting Supply Chain Project Manager roles play a key role in advancing our client's product sustainability initiatives. Youll lead cross-functional projects that span complex transformations, go-to-market strategies, and targeted regional efforts.
These contracts run through February 28, 2026.
Who – The Company:
Our client, one of Vancouver’s most sought-after companies to work for, with global operations and an impeccable reputation.
What- The Role:
Manage medium-to-high complexity projects or multiple smaller projects within the Global Supply Chain portfolio, including detailed plans, charters, and integration points.
Monitor performance against milestones, KPIs, and metrics, escalating issues, risks, and decisions to PMO and functional leadership.
Consolidate resource and timeline views, track budgets, manage change requests, and intake management.
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve productivity, and increase resource efficiency.
Partner with internal stakeholders to create project charters and workplans, ensuring effective practices and tools are implemented.
Align with Technology teams and oversee 3rd-party partners for project delivery within scope.
Prepare executive updates, maintain performance standards, and ensure alignment across Global Supply Chain teams.
Critical skills:
Communication and stakeholder management - creating presentations, building relationships, facilitating decision making, mediating conflict
Project planning and management - must have experience implementing system and process change, must be able to hold people to account

B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required
MBA or other Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5-7+ years' experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field

Support with the workstream leads and business experts to drive discovery, design, and buy in for your given deliverables
Oversee risk management and issue resolution processes to support the Workstream Lead.
Maintain and update the project management repository, including documentation and reporting structures.
You will work with change management, communications, and the business to plan and execute the implementation and support the business through hyper care.
Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like: clarifying strategic questions, design solutions, project managing your work stream, deck creation and presentation, facilitating workshops, and guiding enterprise program planning processes.
