This team is hiring a Senior Sourcing and Contracts Specialist to support a 12-month maternity leave coverage. This is a strategic role focused on sourcing execution and contract negotiation. You’ll be leading sourcing events, running competitive bid processes, and negotiating complex contract terms that directly impact the business. You:
- 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, contracting, and negotiations in a lead capacity.
- Proven ability to run RFPs/RFQs end-to-end in complex, cross-functional environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with Director, VP, and executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of contract structures and risk, including liability, IP, confidentiality, and regulatory considerations.
Compensation:
- $100,000 – $120,000 base salary.
- Extended health, dental, and vision.
- $500 personal spending account.
- 3 weeks vacation.
