This is a contract that will run through January 31st, 2026 with chance for extension should business needs align.

What- The Role:
The Outlet team is responsible for development and execution of clearance strategies and driving our Client’s Outlet business. The goal is to support the business in providing a premium brand experience by planning and executing clearance strategies to maximize sales at the highest possible margin.
This position is responsible for the day to day analytical and planning tasks required to manage and execute Outlet inventory movement and strategies; including but not limited to country & category sales targets, markdowns, gross margin, planned purchases, turn and open to buy management. Teamwork and clear communication are essential. You are an essential part of the cross functional team collaborating with F.P&A, mainline planning, store operations and DC’s. You have razor sharp attention to detail but also able to think big picture.
- Develop sales and inventory plans for the Outlet by country, by class.
- Analyze and reflect current trends in performance based on actual sales performance; revise in-season plans for sales and profitability; partner with planners & associate planners to control inventory flow and levels to maximize sales.
- Communicate revisions within the team and cross functionally.
- Provide a regular forecast update in Monthly Planning meetings.
- Provide other analysis related to driving business goals (e.g. hindsights, etc.).
- Prepare and participate in Business Review meetings and Open to Buy meetings.
- Exhibit initiative to look beyond the everyday business to look for opportunities to maximize sales potential.
Who- the Candidate:
- College certificate or University degree is required.
- 3-5 years merchandise planning experience.
- Previous experience with merchandise and planning systems.
- Expert knowledge of Excel is required.
- Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
- Extremely organized, thorough and able to prioritize.
- Detail orientated.
How much:
$50 – $54/hr + + 4% vacation pay.
Where:
Vancouver, Hybrid 4 days a week is preferred; for contractors, manager can be flexible to 3 days a week minimum.
