On behalf of our client, SWIM is seeking a new Director, GlobalSupply Chain who will take charge of all supply chain-related functions including procurement, warehousing, logistics, materials management, production planning, demand forecasting, and supplier relationships. Leading a supply chain team of around 25 people (mix of direct reports and indirect reports, in a variety of functions including warehousing, materials, and procurement). This is not a “maintain-the-status-quo” role. The company is seeking someone who can build and improve systems, fix what’s not working, and scale operations for future growth. You'll be a key member of the leadership team, expected to bring a positive, proactive leadership presence and lead through change, driving performance, alignment, and results across departments. We’re looking for a supply chain leader with at least 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain for manufacturing environments and a proven track record of improving systems, processes, and teams. Lean Six Sigma training, ideally at or beyond Green Belt level.

ERP systems experience (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards, or similar).
Background in engineer-to-order (ETO) manufacturing or complex assembly.

How Much:
A competitive base salary commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications- the current range is set at $145,000 to $170,000. What - the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Director, Purchasing, the Purchasing Manager is responsible for providing professional and effective purchasing for food products. The Purchasing Manager will build and maintain superior relationships with supplier partners, will successfully negotiate supply contracts, value analysis and pricing, risk mitigation, and coordinate product delivery while achieving service level objectives. The Purchasing Manager will have two direct reports, responsible for ongoing coaching, development, delegation and performance management. You will collaborate with other teams and departments, including finance to ensure the successful development of products. Support large or medium-to-high complexity projects, or lead smaller concurrent ones; collaborate with PMO leadership to build and maintain project plans, charters, and integration points.

Track project performance using milestones, KPIs, and metrics.

Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in Project Coordination, Supply Chain Operations or a similar field preferred
B.A./B.S. in business, finance or technical area preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products, Jira/Confluence and SmartSheet (or similar)
Familiar with standardized Project Management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, Scrum)
Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment and support a large portfolio including efforts led by others
Strong problem-solving skills which include logical structuring, critical thinking, and focus on details
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.
How much:
