    • Monthly bank reconciliations 
    • Monthly report preparation 

    Who- the Candidate…
    Technical Skills & Experience: 
    • 1-2 years' full cycle accounting experience, and at least 1 year property accounting experience. 
    • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Business or accounting is a huge asset. 
    • Intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. 
    • Experience in using a computerized property management accounting system. 

    Soft Skills: 
    • Strong verbal and written communication abilities,interpersonal skills, and presentation skills
    • Proactive, conscientious, and reliable 
    • Upbeat, highly self-motivated, hard-working, and friendly team player
    • Adept at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous projects and activities with competing deadlines 
    Where: North Vancouver. It is very transit accessible.

    How Much: Base salary commensurate with experience. Reimbursement of $500 yearly towards benefits, 50% MSP is subsidized and vacation. Please discuss with Swim Recruiting in further detail.
