Who – The Company:

Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international Vancouver based apparel company and one of Vancouver’s finest! Our client is a people-centric organization and known for their collaborative team culture.
 

What- The Role:

We’re hiring three contingent workers for a 6-week contract (February 9 – March 20) to support a People Experience Centre within a broader Service Delivery team. This is an entry-level administrative role focused on completing high-volume, repetitive tasks in Workday.
This team functions as a Tier 1 support group and plays a key role in keeping people-related transactions moving accurately and efficiently.

  • Working through a queue in Workday to review and process transactions.
  • Reviewing job changes such as status updates (e.g., part-time to full-time) and changes to scheduled hours.
  • Approving transactions when information is accurate and sending them back for correction when needed.
  • Managing other inbox tasks related to employee changes.
  • Supporting separation-related tasks, including reviewing in-progress items as employees exit the organization (volume increases seasonally).
  • Following established processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across all submissions.

Who- the Candidate: 

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office services, or call-centre environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, process-driven work.
  • Highly organized with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Good judgment and the confidence to ask questions when something isn’t clear.
  • Comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with HR systems or Workday is an asset, but not required.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys structured work, values accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 

How much:

$28-30/hr + 4% vacation pay.
 

Where:

Vancouver, BC, hybrid working model of 4 days’ onsite.

HR Coordinator, Shared Services contract- 6 months.

HR Coordinator (6-month contract to start)
We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join a supportive and efficient HR Operations team. This role will be primarily supporting employee life-cycle activities such as drafting Employee Change Forms and supporting documentation, obtaining approvals in accordance with approval matrices, maintaining employee files, collaborating with the Payroll team to ensure timely submission of HR information and inputting changes into our HRIS, Dayforce in a timely and accurate manner.
This role will also be a key contact for coordinating onboarding and orientation activities for new hires, working with various cross-functional colleagues to ensure an exceptional experience.

This position reports to the Associate Director, Human Resources and will be in the Vancouver, BC, Canada location. This role is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week in the office.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Accurately draft documentation and obtain applicable approvals for employee changes including but not limited to Employee Change Forms, employment agreements and amendments, manager change letters, departure letters, etc. and maintain within employee files.
  • Collaborate with the Payroll team to ensure timely submission of HR information as required.
  • On a semi-monthly basis, ensure timely and accurate data entry into (HRIS) Dayforce for employee changes processing. Support additional employee data maintenance activities and report pulling, where applicable.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including scheduling pre-arrival communication with new hires, supporting hiring managers with the Manager Checklist, arranging Corporate Orientation schedules with internal trainers, administrating applicable work authorization processes such as Form I-9 verifications and following up with new hires to ensure required corporate training is completed. 
  • Support all administrative duties including but not limited to invoice tracking and credit card reconciliations, booking large team/department meetings and supporting all logistics, inputting contracts and Statements of Work into the company’s contract management system, maintaining department templates, and processing expense reports and more.

Who the candidate- key qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management is desired.
  • 2-4 years of Human Resources experience in an operational and administrative capacity.
  • Excellent computer and software skills, specifically with Microsoft products (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint. High aptitude for learning new technology is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Dayforce (Core, Onboarding, Recruitment) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Canadian and US employment, human rights, privacy and immigration laws is preferred.
  • Strong operational discipline – proactive and organized, with a strong track record of delivering high quality results.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Process oriented with a high attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates maturity and sound judgment; able to manage sensitive information/situations in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Ability to multi-task, propose and establish priorities in accordance with company objectives.
  • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and interact with all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic/matrix team setting; collaborating with various team and cross-functional members on different tasks and projects

 

Location:

Burnaby, BC- Hybrid 2 days in office.
 

How much:

Hourly rate plus 4% in lieu of vacation. Likely in the range of $30-32 an hour.

What- The Role:

  • This role supports global P&C initiatives by leading cross-functional project teams and partnering with key stakeholders and delivery partners.
  • The Senior Project Manager provides strategic leadership and organization, ensuring teams are focused on the right work at the right time. They are a strong communicator with solid project management expertise, managing risks, dependencies, budgets, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitate regular status updates, project team meetings, and steering committee meetings.
  • Oversee day-to-day project management of small to large-scale global initiatives.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, RAID logs, and lessons learned.
  • Identify and manage risks and dependencies, ensuring impacted stakeholders are engaged.
  • Remove blockers and escalate or mitigate issues as required.
  • Enroll and educate project teams, stakeholders, and sponsors to ensure successful delivery.
  • Manage project delivery to agreed scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage external vendors when required.
  • Set clear expectations with teams and hold them accountable for outcomes.

Who- the Candidate: 

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience with demonstrated success leading large, complex projects.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, from project team level to executives.
  • Proven facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • PMP or equivalent certification with strong understanding of waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Excellent documentation, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Curious and resourceful with the ability to connect systems and processes.
  • Confident in presenting to senior stakeholders and steering committees, including creating tailored presentation materials.
  • Experience managing large transformation or process optimization projects; HR transformation experience preferred.
  • Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, Avature, or ServiceNow an asset.
  • Experience working in a shared services or global organization environment preferred.

How much:
