They are seeking an individual who has creative problem-solving skills, team-oriented, and diligent. • Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and working papers for a portfolio of commercial, residential, and strata properties.

• 1+ years of property accounting experience.
• Any experience in Yardi Voyager software would be an asset.
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).

What- the Role:
Reporting to the CFO, the VP Finance will manage the consolidation accounting of the company and all its subsidiaries. This includes overseeing cash, accounts receivable, inventory accounting, fixed assets, accounts payable, debt, payroll, and stock option accounting. Responsibilities include:

• Manage the accounting department functions while leading, coaching, and mentoring department staff. Some recruiting and onboarding will be required, as we grow.
