They are deploying ALL modules of Ceridian Dayforce (but not at the same time) and will be starting with Payroll and Benefits and will then move onto other modules such as recruitment and time and attendance. This person will be acting as both a Business Analyst as well as a Project Manager and will be working with the HR group to coach and guide them to be able to fulfill requests from the Vendor. This contractor will be intercepting and translating the requests from the vendor and working with the HR group to get the answers. There will be a change management and training component as well. This role will start as a 12-month contract and could extend long-term to roll out the other modules.
