  • Guiding financial decisions and ensuring a strong control environment through the development and implementation of accounting and controls policies and procedures;
  • In conjunction with the CFO, partnering with the business in preparing, assessing and endorsing annual budgets and business plans;
  • Employing a continuous improvement mindset, assessing and implementing improvements to financial tools and business processes;
  • Coaching, developing and providing performance management processes to the finance team; 
  • Reporting, interpreting and communicating the results of operations to all levels of management;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required;
  • CPA, CA designation strongly preferred;
  • 5-7+ years of finance & accounting experience required with strong IFRS knowledge;
