    Wh0-the Company

Our client is a billion-dollar global public company, headquartered in Vancouver, with a great reputation worldwide as a leader in their industry. Over 3000 employees working in several countries.

    What- the Role:

We are seeking a new Talent Acquisition Specialist on behalf of this complex and sophisticated organization. The Specialist will be working on full-cycle recruitment for various professional positions in accounting, corporate finance, legal, operations, IT, etc. The Specialist will also nurture recruitment vendor relationships and ensure optimized use of the company’s ATS.

This will be the sole person dedicated to talent acquisition in the company headquarters and the hired individual will play a key role in the organization’s continued success and growth. The number of corporate searches open at any given time is not particularly high, so the TA Specialist can put in quality, strategic recruitment time and conduct targeted headhunting.

We are seeking well-rounded recruitment professionals who are self-motivated, fast-paced, and confident, as well as versatile, strategic, and creative in their approach to talent acquisition.
