Are you passionate about ensuring data accuracy and organization within legal systems? Here is a fantastic opportunity to make a tangible impact with our client's legal team.

Who – The Company: 

Our client is one of Vancouver’s most sought-after companies to work for, with global operations and an impeccable reputation.

What- The Role:

Our client’s legal team is working on a data cleanup project within their Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and would like to bring someone on to help with this project. The contractor will solely work on cleaning up and organizing the accounts and records within the CLM. This can be a fully remote role.

  • Objective: Clean up and standardize thousands of accounts and records in CLM system, Conga
  • Scope: Review and update accounts, merge accounts, eliminate duplicates, review agreements, and delete incomplete agreements or connect to parent/child agreements.
  • Timeline: 6-9 mo’s

Who- the Candidate: 

  • Proficiency in data review and manipulation.
  • Familiarity with legal agreements (language, relationships, etc.)
  • Understanding of a CLM platform.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, initiative

How much:
$24/hr + 4% vacation pay
