What- the Role:
Due to continued business growth and added complexity, the new Payroll Administrator (permanent, full-time) will get trained to process all the company’s payrolls, (salary/non-union hourly and union hourly Canadian and US) payroll. Other responsibilities include overseeing theprocessing of journal entry preparation, reconciliations, and various other accounting functions. The Payroll Administrator ensures processes are followed and items completed in their various ATSI’s various software applications on an ongoing basis and as per accounting cycle deadlines. The Payroll Administrator willwork with Finance and HR departments to ensure pay and personnel records are accurate and up todate. Integrity and strong attention to detail are crucial for this role.

Who- the Candidate:
We are looking for a well-rounded payroll professional who is a values-based team player.
Canadian payroll experience, ideally multi-provincial and US considered an asset
Experience dealing with year-end audits, income tax reporting, account reconciliation and various government remittances
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Avanti and Epicor is an asset along with the ability to quickly learn
new computer applications
Excellent communication skills- verbal and written- and great internal customer service abilities!
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, internal controls and policies
PCP designation- or pursuit of PCP or CPM- is beneficial
How Much:
Base salary commensurate with level of payroll experience, skills and education- please discuss with SWIM! This company provides their employees with a robust total compensation package.

Based in the company’s Vancouver head office. Hybrid working schedule of remote and in-office
