Supply Chain Analyst
Looking for an analyst skilled at fast-paced process mapping who can extract high-level requirements from complex initiatives and demonstrate prior examples of mapped processes.
This is a contract through February 2027 with potential for extension should business needs and performance align.

What- The Role:
- Document and maintain current and future state process maps with industry-standard tools (e.g., Visio, or equivalent).
- Support process discovery sessions with business stakeholders to capture workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
- Support process re-engineering initiatives aligned with broader transformation goals.
- Assist in gathering and documenting functional business requirements with key stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable functional specifications for technology teams.
- Maintain traceability between meeting notes, requirements, design decisions, risks, and assumptions.

Who- the Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, process improvement, or business analysis roles (internships included).
- Strong documentation skills and proficiency with process mapping tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Experience with planning systems or enterprise platforms is a plus.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
How much:
Competitive hourly wage in the range of $40-45.50/hr + 4% vacation pay, if incorporated, please discuss with Swim.
Where:
Vancouver, hybrid working conditions, minimum 3 days onsite.
