Supply Chain Project Manager
This role calls for more than standard project management - your operations or consulting experience, along with any apparel or supply chain knowledge, will help drive real change.
These two contracts run through February 2027.

What- The Role:
The Supply Chain Project Manager is responsible for overseeing specific projects within the Global Supply Chain program portfolio. This can include work within complex cross-functional transformations, new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted projects in certain regions or locations. The Project Manager works with Global Supply Chain leadership to stand up and lead a project within the strategic PMO portfolio, helping plan, design, and deliver on project milestones and deliverables while supporting business priorities such as growth, service, and cost improvements.
- Manage complex projects or multiple smaller initiatives within the Global Supply Chain portfolio, building detailed plans, charters, timelines, dependencies, and integration points.
- Track progress against milestones, KPIs, and other metrics while keeping leadership informed of risks, issues, and key decisions needed.
- Maintain overall project visibility, including resources, timelines, budgets, change requests, and intake management.
- Work across functions to identify ways to reduce costs, improve productivity, optimize resources, and support capital efficiency.
- Create project scopes and workplans (objectives, benefits, costs, risks) and help promote consistent project management processes, tools, and operating standards.
- Partner with Technology teams to ensure business capabilities are delivered within project scope and coordinate with third-party partners as needed.
- Develop presentations and support executive-level updates, reviews, and communication.
- Ensure strong alignment and consistent execution across all Global Supply Chain teams involved in the project.
Who- the Candidate:
- B.A./B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area required.
- MBA or other Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7+ years' experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field.
- Experience in Project Management and Consumer Supply Chain Operations preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
How much:
Competitive hourly wage in the range of $50-65/hr + 4% vacation pay. If you are incorporated, please discuss with Swim.

Vancouver, hybrid working conditions, 2-3 days’ onsite.
