Order Management Specialist
Join a fast-paced operations team where your analytical skills and Excel expertise will directly keep purchase orders flowing smoothly across global systems.
This is a 1-year contract; the contract will be divided into 2 separate contracts, the first running through end of of Jan 31, 2026, with good intention of extension for the full year if performance is strong.

What- The Role:
The order management specialist will be responsible for supporting our client’s internal buy processes. They will work closely with their peers and cross functional partner to ensure the flow of purchase requests and purchase orders is smooth and uninterrupted. The successful candidate must have very strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Manual creation and maintenance of our finished goods pos.
- Execute pr and po changes.
- Validate change details to ensure accuracy.
- Create/update and distribute key reports to stakeholders.
- Update operational reports to keep team members aware of changes/improvements/problems.
- Provide support to cross functional partners in validating po report data.
- Escalate technical issues to the appropriate technology teams; open service now tickets for issues disrupting the flow of POs from tradestone to rms and gtn.
- Maintain knowledge management content.
- Execute seasonal and ad-hoc data loads using data conversion tools.
- Coordinate and execute mass updates to PO systems.
- Query various databases using SQL.
- Provide support on projects and initiatives as needed within the merchandising operations team as needed.

How much:
$30 - $32/hr + 4% vacation pay.
Where:
Vancouver, Hybrid 4 days a week onsite.
