Supply Chain Program Coordinator

This is a contract through Jan 31, 2026, with possibility for extension if business needs and performance align.

Who – The Company:

What- The Role:

Supply Chain Programs oversees projects within the Global Supply Chain portfolio, including cross-functional transformations, new go-to-market initiatives, and targeted regional efforts. The Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing program activities, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes. This role collaborates with stakeholders and Project Managers to support deliverables and milestones while enabling business priorities such as growth, guest service, and cost improvements.

  • Support with key activities in the management of large, medium-to-high complexity projects or manage smaller concurrent projects within a specific Global Supply Chain portfolio and partner with PMO leadership to build detailed project plans, charters, including integration touchpoints, dependencies, and sequencing.
  • Coordinate program activities and logistics, including events, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Monitor project performance against plan as measured by milestones, KPls, and supporting metrics.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with program participants and collaborators.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations for program leadership and stakeholders.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to create project charters (scope, objectives, cost, benefits, resourcing, risks) and workplans.
  • Create and maintain program documentation, including schedules, reports, and manuals.
  • Support the documentation of standardized processes across the organization.
  • Communicate program updates to relevant parties in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the project team works closely with peers across Global Supply Chain, ensuring alignment and consistency in planning, management, and execution.

 

Who – The Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1-3 years experience in Project Management, Consumer Supply Chain Operations or a similar field preferred.
  • B.A./B.S. in business, finance or technical area preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at a time in a fast paced environment and support a large portfolio including efforts led by others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills which includes logical structuring, critical thinking, and focus on details.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adjust to situations that involve conflicting goals.

How much:

$31-43/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.

Where:

Vancouver, BC 2-4 days’ onsite.
