What- the Role:

Our Client is seeking a new Supply Chain Analyst.  This is a newly created role due to continued business growth and needs. The new Analyst will be joining a supply chain planning team that falls under the overall Supply Chain function.  The Analyst will focus on reporting and analytics utilizing tools like a top tier ERP, a planning software, Excel, Power BI, and other data visualization tools to drive data-based decisions for the company’s complex and robust supply chain function. Responsibilities include supporting demand and supply forecasting, participating in change management, and optimizing resource allocation to meet business growth goals. The Supply Chain Analyst will collaborate with various departments to enhance strategic alignment, maintain accurate data in the ERP, and track key performance indicators. This position requires both independent work and teamwork, with occasional travel to facilities in North America. Who- the Candidate:

We are seeking a dynamic, well-rounded, and proactive Analyst. The winning candidate for this role will be a true business partner- someone who communicate and collaborate with folks in sales, procurement, manufacturing, operations, etc. to continuously enhance, refine, and customize the analyses and forecasts being provided.  Qualified candidates will have relevant post-secondary education (business, supply chain management, finance, engineering, etc.) along with at least 4 years of progressive experience in an analytical role within the supply chain team of a large company in manufacturing, distribution, and/or retail. Strong systems savvy is required in this role, particularly in Excel and Power BI.
 

How Much:

Base salary commensurate with experience and skills, likely in the range of $80,000 to $96,000, with a sweet spot of $85,000 to $90,000 (depending on years of experience, where skills were gained, qualifications, etc.). The company will provide their new Analyst with a solid overall compensation package, including a generous bonus program, professional development support, and excellent health, dental, & vision benefits.  Please discuss your total compensation expectations in further detail with SWIM.

Where:  

Toronto or Vancouver. Hybrid work environment- initial training and onboarding will be close to full-time in office, but after that the Analyst can work from home a few days a week.
