Testing & Performance Coordinator

This is a 9-month contract with an early January start date. Interviews taking place the week of December 9th.

What- The Role:
Exciting opportunity to work as part of the Testing and Performance team. From Raws Materials to Finished Goods (and everything in between), the Testing and Performance team maintains premium quality standards, ensuring our client’s Brand Promise is woven throughout every product.
- Support and execute enterprise imperatives, product quality initiatives, and functional strategies to drive global expansion and foster a culture of excellence.
- Develop and maintain detailed project roadmaps and timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and seamless execution of testing and performance initiatives.
- Manage key relationships through daily communication with third-party service providers, testing labs, supply chain partners, and vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and building 360o degree connections within your network.
- Analyze multiple data sets to extract insights, and communicate findings both internally and externally, telling the story of testing by highlighting risks, results, failures, and impacts.
- Assist in the development of test methods, standards, and tolerances for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring alignment with our Brand Promise.
Who- the Candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in textile technology, textile quality, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Textile Sciences, Material Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in project management, coordination, and data analysis, with a strong passion for quality.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with additional software and analytical tools is considered an asset.

- Based in Vancouver.
How much:
$26-31/hr + 4% vacation pay.
Where:
Vancouver, hybrid schedule, 3 days onsite, 2 remote.
