What - the Role:
As Director of Marketing, you will be an important team player and leader. Reporting to the Owners/Founder, The Director of Marketing will build and lead a team of marketers, and will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand's success by overseeing a wide range of marketing initiatives. The role will also be responsible for growth strategy implementation, team leadership, campaign development, performance measurements, digital marketing, destination marketing, social media management, website oversight, SEO expertise, public relations, budgeting and financial analysis. Who - the Candidate:
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Marketing with a strong business sense! This is a diverse and inclusive role, we are looking for someone who enjoys a multi-faceted role. Our client is positioned for continuous growth and excited to build on its existing team and success.
This role requires a mature and professional attitude, an entrepreneurial and adventurous spirit, a confident and excellent communicator, with excellent time management and project management skills. The role requires excellent working knowledge and experience of marketing gained from a similar position and environment, ideally derived from a travel and tourism background. Management experience is required.
The incumbent must also have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships, be comfortable with changing priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

How Much:
Competitive salary in the range of $150,000 - $180,000 dependent on experience, along with excellent benefits, vacation, and other generous industry related rewards.
