What- The Role:
We’re looking for a Parts Sales & Support Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and values teamwork. The candidate will ideally be a self-starter and will primarily be focused on supporting our client’s customers and ensure that a high level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
This position plays an integral part of our day-to-day operations and will work closely with our client’s supply chain and service teams. Their team is passionate about delivering reliable solutions effectively to our B2B clients and internal departments.
Sales & Relationship Building Respond to inquiries from existing customers and internal service teams.
Proactively reach out to potential clients to build trust and earn their business.
Provide accurate quotes and recommendations based on customer needs.
Technical Support Identify parts based on customer descriptions or equipment issues.
Use parts manuals, technical documentation, and team expertise to find solutions.
Occasionally assist in the warehouse with packing and shipping orders.
Administrative Duties Monitor inventory levels and order parts to fulfill customer needs.
Create, update, and review orders in the ERP system.
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on open orders.
Participate in inventory counts and ensure data accuracy.
Process billing, invoicing, and parts warranty claims.
Maintain accurate and up to date management in our shared document libraries.
Who- the Candidate:
Requirements:
High school diploma; 2–3 years’ customer service experience (industrial equipment or automotive preferred).
Legally authorized to work in Canada with valid Class 5 BC driver’s license.
Able to pass background check and driver’s abstract.
Physically able to meet role demands, including lifting 50+ lbs and operating warehouse equipment.
Preferred:
Red Seal Partsperson or Heavy Duty Mechanic certification.
Knowledge of excavators, drilling rigs, and piling rigs.
Experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity/certification with order pickers and forklifts.
Supervisory or managerial experience.
Skills & Attributes:
Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Ability to read and interpret parts diagrams and technical documents.

What- The Role:
We are seeking a fully bilingual (French and English) and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong interest in the medical aesthetics industry. This office-based role is focused on prospecting and qualifying new business opportunities with medical clinics, aesthetic practices, and medspas. The SDR will play a critical role in generating warm leads for field sales representatives while also assisting in direct phone and Zoom-based selling.
This position requires someone who is professional, persuasive, and comfortable speaking with physicians, nurses, and practice managers about advanced skincare solutions, aesthetic devices, and injectable products.
Prospect and qualify new clinics and practices through outbound calls, targeted emails, and Zoom outreach.
Create warm, qualified leads and schedule meetings for field sales representatives.
Deliver engaging virtual presentations to introduce product lines and generate demand.
Support direct sales efforts by assisting in Zoom demos, product Q&A, and follow-up calls with practices.

Continuously build knowledge of aesthetic market trends, competitor offerings, and practice growth drivers.
Who- the Candidate:
Fluent in French and English (verbal and written) - this is a mandatory requirement.
2+ years of inside sales, business development, or telesales experience; experience in aesthetics, pharma, or medical devices preferred.
Strong phone and Zoom presence with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and create sales opportunities in a competitive market.
Comfort in discussing professional aesthetic products and technologies with healthcare providers.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
Ability to work collaboratively with field representatives and marketing teams.
How much:

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product releases and planting project launches.

Who- the Candidate:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in go-to-market strategy, positioning, and product marketing to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for clearly articulating veritree’s differentiated value proposition in the nature tech space, helping internal teams and external partners understand not just what we do—but why it matters. You’ll lead the charge on launching new products, features, and planting projects, conducting market research, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and customer success to drive adoption and engagement.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of product marketing experience in the technology sector, preferably for a similar B2B SaaS company. Qualified folks for this role will have the proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement. Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as HubSpot is required, as well as excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach to product marketing. On behalf of veritree, Swim is looking for people who have experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing campaigns from concept to completion and who can measure marketing performance in various channels. Let’s talk turkey! Base salary will be commensurate with work experience and qualifications, likely in the range of $114,000 to $126,000, with flexibility to higher. The Product Marketing Manager will also be eligible for a bonus program. In addition, the Director of Marketing will receive a competitive health benefits plan, a generous amount of paid time off (and some work remote flexibility), an L&D budget, etc.
