What- The Role:
The Product Integrity Compliance (PIC) Lead – Franchise Markets is accountable for designing and executing global compliance strategies across product labeling, claims, and safety to support franchise market operations. This role ensures regulatory readiness for new market entries by aligning compliance initiatives with global business objectives and proactively mitigating financial, legal, and reputational risks. As a strategic partner, the PIC Lead drives cross-functional collaboration to interpret and implement regulatory standards, supports franchise integration, and serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and franchisee partners. By establishing robust compliance frameworks and managing product integrity incidents, this role plays a critical part in enabling global expansion and protecting brand trust.
Build processes to assess product and packaging compliance requirements for franchise markets, ensuring regulatory readiness for new market entries, and owning the governance of the processes and documentation.
Review and interpret regulatory standards in collaboration with internal and external Legal partners to support franchise market compliance.
Communicate compliance requirements to cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of new standards in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
Support franchise integration by contributing to contract reviews and guiding the development of the Franchise Operating Manual related to product and packaging standards.
Act as the primary liaison between Product Integrity, internal teams, and franchisee compliance partners, managing inquiries and ensuring product compliance for market readiness.
Coordinate with Market Product Integrity teams on product integrity incidents, including investigations and recalls triggered by franchise market regulators.
Who- the Candidate:
Bachelors degree in compliance, law, business, textiles or related field.
5-8 years of work experience in quality, product safety, compliance, or regulatory/legal function.
Experience in the apparel/textile sector is an asset.
Ability to organize, set priorities, and manage multiple tasks on tight deadlines; escalate issues as needed and support leadership with strategic decision-making.
Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams and hold peers and partners accountable.
How much:
$48-56.50/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay, if incorporated, please discuss with Swim.
Where:
Vancouver, Hybrid 4 days onsite.

Our client is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team at their conveniently located Downtown Vancouver office, with an on-site presence required 4 days per week. As a Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a senior lawyer with a busy and established practice. This role demands a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is able to multitask effectively, and has experience managing complex legal documentation and calculations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth progression of high-stakes cases while maintaining a positive and collaborative work culture.
Who- the Candidate:
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience:
Completion of a Paralegal Program from a recognized institution.
5+ years of experience as a litigation Paralegal, with specific experience supporting plaintiff-side litigation.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A proactive attitude with the ability to meet deadlines and take initiative.
Experience in handling complex trust fund disbursement calculations.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with experience in legal platforms like Soluno and Primafact considered an asset.

The position is based in their Downtown Vancouver office, with regular on-site presence 4 days per week.
