What & Why:

Our client has made a major shift in how they deliver people solutions to their workforce and as such are looking to add a project manager to their team. In this role you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of a new enterprise workforce management (WFM) solution, overseeing the project from RFP through implementation. You will drive project progress, manage budgets, milestones, risks, and vendor relationships, and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to define requirements and ensure seamless system integration. This role requires a strong background in WFM software implementations, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to navigate complex, fast-paced environments

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment.
 

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 4+ years of project management/industry work experience.
  • Proven track record leading end-to-end WFM software implementations (e.g., Dayforce, Workday, UKG, ADP, Infor, etc.), including requirements gathering, system configuration oversight, integration planning, testing coordination, and go-live support.
  • Strong expertise managing projects through both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, particularly where systems integrations, APIs, time & attendance, scheduling, or labor compliance rules are involved.
  • Must be comfortable leading technical teams and liaising with vendors.
  • Hands-on experience coordinating system integrations (especially HRIS, payroll, scheduling tools) and data migrations, including mapping, validation, transformation, and cutover planning.
  • PMP and or Scrum certification considered an asset.

Compensation:

This role pays between $95-110 per hour.
