What & Why:
Due to growth our client is looking to add a Service Now Developer to their service excellence team. In this role you will collaborate closely with your POD team, cross-functional technical teams and global business
partners, to develop comprehensive features and functionalities that enhance the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities. You’ll attend Agile ceremonies, develops features and enhancements based on requirements captured in stories, and conducts unit testing. You will also configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, catalog items, integrations, modules, and workflows—customizing only when necessary. This role is focused on cybersecurity and the required skills are below:
- Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Third-party Risk Management (TPRM) [previously called Vendor Risk Management (VRM)]
- Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Vulnerability Response (VR)

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work model, 3 days a week in office
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 3+ years of experience of ServiceNow development
- Strong scripting skills, experience with JavaScript
- In-depth subject matter expertise in cybersecurity SNOW modules
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is preferred
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification for any module is preferred
- Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Compensation:
This role pays between $80-95 per hour.
