You will play a key role supporting employees across HR processes, systems, and programs while gaining exposure to leading platforms like Workday and ServiceNow. Who – The Company:

What- The Role:

We are hiring two contingent workers for a contract that will run July 6th, 2026 to March 31, 2027 to support a People Experience Delivery Team.

  • Support workforce with questions/issues they have about HR processes, systems, and programs.  Support is provided by responding to tickets that are submitted by employees in our Service Delivery platform (ServiceNow). 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve enquiries.
  • Process employee data changes within HRIS (Workday).
  • Administer P&C programs and processes.
  • Make updates to knowledge base content.
  • Train and coach new People Experience Delivery team members.
  • Deliver on ad hoc assignments.

Who- the Candidate: 

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or Business Administration an asset.
  • 1-2 yrs experience in a HR operations or customer service role.
  • Experience supporting the workforce with enquiries about people processes and systems an asset.
  • Experience with Workday, Avature, Docebo, ServiceNow an asset. Strong skills with MS Office suite of applications.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

How much:

$29-$30.35/hr + 4% vacation pay.

Where:

Vancouver, BC, hybrid working model of 4 days’ onsite.
