Hybrid working environment of 4 days in-office. This is a 6-month contract.
 

Who – The Company:

Exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing international Vancouver based company and one of Vancouver’s finest! Our client is a people-centric organization and known for their collaborative team culture.
 

What- The Role:

We're looking for 2-3 experienced Technical Recruiters to support our client’s hiring needs across North America. This is a fast-paced role focused on identifying and engaging top tech talent. These roles will support a timebound initiative within our client’s Technology team that will be kicking off in August. The entire interview cycle for this initiative will move at a much faster pace than a typical recruitment process, so candidates must be comfortable managing competing priorities and thriving in a culture that moves quickly.

  • Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
  • Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer.
  • Present qualified shortlists and provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback and pipeline strength.
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and thoughtful coordination.
  • Leverage ATS (e.g., Workday, Avature) to manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date.

 

Who – The Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical full cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record hiring for hiring engineers and solution architects.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently and thriving in a high-change, fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.

 

How much:

$43.20-$49.40/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
 

Where:

Vancouver.
