This is a contract through Jan 31, 2026, with possibility for extension if business needs and performance align.

What- The Role:
The Strategic Growth Initiatives (SGI) team supports the product team through creation, prioritization and management of business growth strategies and priorities. Our team oversees the bodies of work to deliver Product Growth Initiatives by acting as a strategic thought partner, managing Program Deliverables, Project Plans, Risks, Budgets, Roadmaps and support overall strategy definition and execution
The Special Projects Coordinator assists the Project Manager by organizing meetings, managing schedules, and handling communications. This role also includes supporting senior executives’ schedules, maintaining project tools, and overseeing system approvals and bookings for the SGI team.
- Capture and communicate notes, actions for CFT, PMO meeting.
- Schedules all meetings across Special Projects.
- Coordinate all conflicts and changes for meetings, communicating to SGI Project team.
- Supports VP+ scheduling for all SGI.
- Monitors Product Initiatives Inbox.
- Supports maintenance of Project tools and templates as needed.
- Schedules GTM gates and product milestone invites as requested through upcoming meeting tracker.
- Maintains attendee list per GTM gate.
- System approvals for licensing.
- Model booking for Special Projects.
Who – The Candidate:
- 3-4 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support within operations, with increasing responsibilities. Experience in product operations and/or merchandising is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Ability to manage complex scheduling across multiple stakeholders, including VP+ level executives.
- Proficiency in coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and maintaining project documentation.
- Experience managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment where each project is unique.
How much:
$35-42.50/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
Where:
Vancouver, BC, 4 days’ onsite.
