Senior Analyst (Enterprise Performance + Governance)

Do you have 2-3 years of consulting experience, strong skills in process design, program management, and executive content creation (PowerPoint), and a governance-focused mindset?
This role offers a chance to support strategic decision-making for senior leadership by analyzing business performance insights, managing project delivery, and enhancing enterprise processes.
This role is a 6-month with potential for extension if performance and business needs align.

What- The Role:

As a part of the Enterprise Performance & Governance team, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in gathering & analyzing business performance insights at the enterprise-level to frame decisions for the CEO, CFO and SLT along with managing project delivery and enabling processes to drive to outcomes for senior leadership.
This role requires a candidate with project management, change management, process design and strong analytical experience in a global retail organization or from a consulting firm.

Analysis: Partner with FP&A, Strategy, and technical data teams to build integrated operational and financial insights to guide enterprise opportunity identification, risk mitigation, and strategic investments.

Capability development & execution: Support the team leader in the development of the strategic vision, activation and delivery of this enterprise-wide capability.

Executive storytelling: Contribute to executive presentations that effectively frames and visualizes insights for an executive-level audience.

Stakeholder management: Facilitate cross-functional meetings, drive enrollment, decision-making, and execution of key milestones and deliverables.

Communications: Deliver a series of communication & engagement activities to enroll and guide stakeholders across the business.

Continuous improvement: Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities & designing future state processes as required.
 

Who – The Candidate:

  • Project management certificates and / or certification would be an asset.
  • University Degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or similar preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in management or strategy consulting (ideally with experience in finance transformation or general business transformation)

How much:

$48-50/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.

Where:

Vancouver, this role is onsite 4 days/week, with Friday remote.
