Come Work For One Of Vancouver’s Top Recruitment Agencies

We couldn’t be prouder of our culture here at SWIM. We’re a tight-knit and fun-loving team and we really bring the “work hard/play hard” cliché to life!

Recruitment can be stressful! There are tight timelines and often a roller-coaster of emotions as you help candidates and employers find that all-important match… but the payoff of helping people find their dream job and their dream candidate is huge and makes it all worth while.  In the hectic and competitive world of agency recruitment, it’s crucial to feel like you have colleagues and bosses who have your back and where your success is measured by results and relationships instead of KPIs, and that’s why we’re all so happy to work at a people-first organization like SWIM. Below is a listing of open opportunities we’re currently hiring internally for. Whether you’ve worked in a recruitment agency before, or whether you’re new to the industry and want to get started on this rewarding career path, we invite you to take a look at the jobs listed below and see if there are any potential matches. If you see a fit, please send us your resume. If we see a potential fit we’ll be in touch to discuss next steps!
