This is a highly technical, detail-focused opportunity for a Senior Financial Analyst within the Revenue FP&A team. While grounded in data integrity and reporting accuracy, this role has evolved into a broader IC3-level position that also includes financial modelling, trend analysis, and strategic insight generation.
The role is responsible for ensuring accuracy of global revenue data and building a trusted “source of truth,” while also translating that data into meaningful business insights that support leadership decision-making.
This is a hybrid role combining data precision, systems thinking, and forward-looking financial analysis, best suited to a technically strong finance professional who enjoys working across both execution and insight.

The Company

Our client is a high-growth SaaS organization with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, operational excellence, and scalable financial infrastructure.
The Finance organization is highly collaborative and built around accuracy, accountability, and cross-functional partnership, with continued investment in systems, automation, and revenue scalability to support growth.

The Role

This Senior Financial Analyst will act as a Revenue Data & Insights Owner, responsible for ensuring the accuracy of revenue data while also building models and insights that inform business decisions.
This is not a traditional FP&A budgeting or storytelling role. It is a highly analytical, systems-aware IC3 role focused on:

  • revenue data integrity.
  • modelling and forecasting.
  • trend analysis.
  • scalable reporting infrastructure.

The role sits between data, systems, and strategic finance, with increasing emphasis on insight generation as the reporting foundation matures.

What you’ll be doing:

Data Consolidation & Reconciliation
• Own end-to-end reconciliation of global revenue data across multiple systems.
• Investigate variances and explain changes in revenue performance.
• Ensure alignment between operational systems and financial reporting outputs.
Source of Truth Reporting
• Build and maintain scalable, automated revenue datasets and reporting structures.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of revenue reporting across the organization.
• Provide leadership with trusted, validated financial data.
Systems & Infrastructure
• Support the design and enhancement of data structures for revenue reporting.
• Improve scalability, automation, and reliability of reporting processes.
• Partner with data and systems teams to strengthen reporting architecture.
Analysis & Insights (IC3 UPGRADE)
• Build and maintain financial models (forecasting, scenario analysis, revenue trends).
• Identify and explain key drivers behind revenue performance.
• Provide strategic insights to support planning and decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Revenue Ops, Accounting, Strategic Finance, and FP&A.
• Investigate anomalies and align on business logic across teams.
• Translate data issues into actionable business insights.

The Candidate

You are a highly detail-oriented, technically strong finance professional who is equally comfortable working in data integrity and financial modelling. You enjoy working with complex datasets and turning them into clear, structured insights.
You are naturally curious about how numbers connect across systems and take pride in both accuracy and analytical depth.

What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Data Finance roles.
• Strong experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong comfort with large datasets.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools (Salesforce, Looker, Pigment, etc.).
• Strong understanding of revenue metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, bookings).
• Experience working across multiple systems and data sources.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• CPA or CFA designation.
• Experience building financial models in SaaS environments.
• Exposure to data infrastructure or reporting system design.
• Experience in pre-IPO or post-IPO companies.

Compensation

$100,300 – $135,700 CAD (US equivalent: $111,400– $150,600) depending on experience, plus equity and benefits including health coverage, RRSP matching, flexible time off.

Where

Remote across the US or Canada.
