The Role

This Senior Financial Analyst sits within the Revenue FP&A team and reports into the Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A. The role supports a portfolio of enterprise revenue streams, including newly acquired businesses, and acts as a key partner to GTM and leadership teams.
This is not a traditional reporting role—it is highly commercial, forward-looking, and focused on supporting enterprise sales motions, longer deal cycles, and revenue performance across complex business lines.
This is one of three Senior Financial Analyst roles operating in a true strategic business partnering capacity, with each role owning a portfolio of revenue lines. A key focus of this position is supporting newly acquired enterprise SaaS businesses.
It is heavily enterprise and GTM-facing, with a strong emphasis on commercial partnering, forecasting, and revenue performance.
Strong candidates will typically:

• Have enterprise SaaS FP&A exposure
• Own or heavily contribute to revenue forecasting
• Partner directly with GTM or revenue teams
• Demonstrate commercial thinking, not just analytical execution
• Communicate clearly and influence stakeholders effectively

What you’ll be doing:

Business Partnering

• Partner closely with GTM and senior leaders across enterprise revenue portfolios
• Provide financial insight and guidance to support strategic decision-making
• Act as a key FP&A partner across Sales and Revenue teams

Revenue Planning & Forecasting

• Own and support rolling forecasts across enterprise SaaS revenue streams
• Analyze pipeline, bookings, and revenue trends across longer sales cycles
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models in collaboration with GTM teams

Financial Analysis & Insights

• Conduct deep-dive analysis into revenue performance and key business drivers
• Support decision-making through ROI, unit economics, LTV/CAC, and sales efficiency analysis
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue growth and performance

Modeling & Reporting

• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and variance analysis frameworks
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of revenue data and reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Accounting to ensure financial accuracy and alignment
• Support strategic initiatives including post-acquisition integration and performance tracking
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive leadership

Who – The Candidate

You are a commercially minded finance professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments. You enjoy partnering with the business, not just reporting on it, and are comfortable working with ambiguity and complexity.
What they’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or analytical finance roles
• Strong experience in SaaS environments (enterprise SaaS strongly preferred)
• Exposure to enterprise revenue models, GTM teams, or complex sales cycles
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data

Nice to have:

• CPA or CFA designation
• Investment Banking or Consulting background
• Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integration
• Experience working with GTM / Sales analytics

How Much

• San Diego: $111,400 – $131,000 – $150,600 USD (Annual)
• Los Angeles: $127,200 – $149,700 – $172,200 USD (Annual)
• Vancouver: $100,300 – $118,000 – $135,700 CAD (Annual)
