Financial Analyst Revenue FP&A
This is a highly technical, detail-focused opportunity for a Financial Analyst to join the Revenue FP&A team in a data integrity and systems ownership capacity. This role is responsible for ensuring absolute accuracy of global revenue data and building the trusted “source of truth” used by leadership for decision-making.
This is a tactical, precision-driven FP&A role best suited to a technically strong finance or data professional who enjoys working with large datasets, reconciling complex information, and ensuring reporting accuracy in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The Team
The Performance & Growth Revenue FP&A team is responsible for ensuring high-integrity revenue data and reporting across the business. The team operates with a culture built on:

This team acts as the gatekeeper of revenue data quality across the organization.
The Role
This Financial Analyst will act as the Data Integrity Lead for Revenue FP&A, owning end-to-end reconciliation of revenue data across multiple systems and ensuring the accuracy of reporting used by leadership.
This is not a traditional FP&A modelling or business partnering role. It is a high-volume, systems-driven finance role focused on data validation, reconciliation, and building scalable reporting infrastructure.
What you’ll be doing:
Data Consolidation & Reconciliation
- Own end-to-end reconciliation of global revenue data across multiple systems.
- Investigate variances and explain shifts in revenue data.
- Ensure alignment between operational systems and financial reporting.
Source of Truth Reporting
- Build and maintain scalable, automated “source of truth” datasets and dashboards.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of revenue reporting across the organization.
- Support leadership with trusted, validated data.
Systems & Infrastructure
- Design and improve data structures supporting revenue reporting and scalability.
- Enhance efficiency and reliability of data processes as the business grows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Revenue Ops, Accounting, Strategic Finance, and FP&A.
- Investigate data anomalies and understand underlying business logic.
- Support alignment between systems and financial reporting frameworks.
Analysis & Insights
- Support trend analysis and revenue performance insights from validated data.
- Provide ad-hoc deep dives into revenue data for leadership and stakeholders.
The Candidate
You are a highly detail-oriented, technically strong finance professional who enjoys working with data at scale and ensuring absolute accuracy in reporting. You are methodical, structured, and naturally inclined to identify inconsistencies and solve them at the root cause.
What they’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Operations, or Data Finance roles.
- Strong experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Pigment.
- Strong understanding of data structures and financial reporting systems.
- Highly detail-oriented with a strong reconciliation mindset.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to have:
- CPA or CFA designation.
- Data analytics or data science certifications.
- Experience building or scaling reporting infrastructure.
Compensation
$96,000 – $130,000 CAD (depending on experience) with competitive benefits including health coverage, RRSP matching, flexible time off, and hybrid working model.
Where
Hybrid – Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto.
