Analyst, Fulfillment Inventory Management
This is a hands-on opportunity to partner with experienced analysts and help optimize inventory processes, reporting, and workflows across the fulfillment network. You’ll drive improvements, automate models, and contribute to foundational initiatives that impact operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.
This is a contract through January 31, 2027, with potential for extension should business needs and performance align.
 

Who – The Company: 

Our client, one of Vancouver’s most sought-after companies to work for, with global operations and an impeccable reputation.
 

What- The Role:

  • Support fulfillment inventory health and inventory management initiatives with month end reporting and tracking of trends, highlighting anomalies and escalating need for support.
  • Work with experienced senior analysts and PBI developer to create new or improve existing processes and reporting.
  • Optimize and automate financial and operational models.
  • Optimize process and workflows.
  • Support inventory and exit initiatives with detailed data analysis in support of bottoms up tactical plans.

Who- the Candidate: 

  • CPA and/or experience with financial modelling, financial background.
  • 2+ years of retail or fulfillment experience.
  • Excel proficiency and experience working with PowerBI.
  • Comfortable creating own reports once a model is built (if the model is done on the back end).
  • Proven expertise in optimizing processes and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

How much:

Competitive hourly wage in the range of $50-56/hr + 4% vacation pay, if incorporated, please discuss with Swim.
 

Where:

Vancouver, hybrid working conditions, minimum 3 days onsite.
