What & Why:
Due to regulatory changes, we are looking for a technical program manager to join a high-profile team. This role manages compliance projects for our client’s cybersecurity team, with a primary focus on California privacy regulations (CPPA). You’ll coordinate across Privacy, Technology, and Security teams to track deliverables against regulatory deadlines, manage risks and issues, maintain audit-ready documentation, and translate complex security requirements into clear project plans. It’s program management meets privacy compliance in a high-growth retail environment where regulatory timelines are non-negotiable.

They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have a hybrid work environment, 4 days a week on site.
You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:
- 5+ years of project/program management experience in computer security or compliance-related disciplines.
- 3+ years working with security and privacy frameworks such as NIST, SOX, PCI, CCPA, and Common Controls.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and track activities across Privacy, Technology, and Security in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Strong documentation and evidence management skills, including maintaining project artifacts for audit and regulatory review.
Compensation:
This role pays between $85-90 per hour.
