Senior HR Business Partner
Fantastic opportunity for skilled Senior HR Business Partner to support Concert Properties, a top employer on generalist responsibilities coaching leaders on day to day, people programs and cyclical HR while also driving various projects related to people programs, organizational development and change management to contribute to the HR 2026 strategic plan. This role is reporting directly to the VP, People Experience and working with a great team supporting corporate as well as operations for roughly 300 employees. This is a 12-18 month contract role that has arised due to increased business needs.

This opportunity:
Reporting to the VP, People Experience this is a 12–18-month temporary role. If you have a strong generalist background that includes projects and change management, this may be the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Be a strategic partner in developing people plans that support the achievement of strategic goals for teams and the Company.
- Develop projects and change plans as well as execute on project deliverables working independently and in teams as required in organizational design, strategy and program implementation and change management.
- Partner with cross-functional and cross-departmental leaders to understand, enhance and integrate our work across the Company.
- Provide support and guidance to People Experience and Payroll team for other projects as required.
- As a participant in multiple aspects of projects, identify issues and opportunities for improvement and make recommendations for effective design and implementation.
- Be a trusted advisor to the organization.
- Contribute to the overall development of People Experience processes and procedures as required.
- Provide generalist support to leaders as required, in areas including but not limited to performance management, investigations, dispute resolution, compensation planning and analysis, disability management and coaching.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time as business needs and resources fluctuate.
Who – the Candidate:
Required Knowledge & Skills
- You have a minimum 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience, 3 of which include the development of and delivering on project plans in support of organizational strategic priorities.
- You are confident and effective in working with all levels of leadership.
- You have experience directing meaningful process and strategic improvements that result in long-lasting impacts.
- You have superior communications skills that balance clarity with creating a collaboration environment.
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work creatively to address requirements.
- You are comfortable and capable of managing multiple commitments and priorities in a diverse environment.
- You have strong experience in all operational areas of Human resources, as well as strategic areas including organizational design, talent management, project management and change management.
- You are committed to customer service
- You are able to work independently and collaboratively, and are eager to jump in to support others
- You have experience working with Ceridian Dayforce

Where:
Vancouver based in a hybrid work model.
How Much:
This is a Full-Time, temporary 12-18 ,month position with a competitive base compensation and bonus. The ideal base compensation is a range of $105,000-120,000 plus bonus, and benefits except for LTD.
