What & Why:

As a result of investment in technology, our client is looking to add a Project Manager to their data and analytics team. This role focuses on leading data and analytics initiatives within their Retail Tech program. The position involves managing complex projects related to PowerBI reporting, cloud data warehousing, and system integrations, requiring expertise in data ecosystems, visualization tools, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing project lifecycle, from stakeholder collaboration and requirement gathering to budget management and risk mitigation.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and have an on site work environment, 4 days a week in office.
 

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• 5+ years of project management experience within data and analytics environments, including cloud data warehouse implementations and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience with data ecosystem tools including PowerBI or similar visualization platforms, ETL processes, and data modeling initiatives.
• Proven track record managing complex project lifecycles including budget oversight, milestone tracking, risk/issue management, and dependency coordination.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups across business and technical teams, with strong ability to translate technical concepts and deliver clear status communications.

Compensation:

This role pays between $90-100 per hour.
