  • Permanent IT Implementation Manager role.

What & Why:

Our client is hiring an IT Implementation Manager to lead the strategic direction, integration, and overall effectiveness of their Information Technology and Information Systems functions.

In this role, you’ll oversee system design, implementation, validation, and governance across core platforms such as ERP, CRM, and Operation Management Systems. You’ll partner closely with executive and operational leadership to ensure the company’s data integrity, technology infrastructure, and security posture remain robust and aligned with organizational needs.

This hire is essential to supporting the company’s continued growth, modernization efforts, and commitment to operational excellence.
 

Who:

Our client is a diversified industrial and infrastructure services organization operating across marine transportation, metal recycling, and concrete-related services.
The Information Systems function is highly visible, touching every part of the organization and playing a critical role in ensuring systems are secure, compliant, and scalable.
 

You:

You’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • 5+ years of leadership experience overseeing IT or Information Systems teams, functions, or initiatives.
  • A solid track record working in application development or system delivery roles whether as a technical lead, systems analyst, or project manager.
  • Direct experience guiding or supporting major enterprise system deployments, including ERPs.
  • Strength in gathering and interpreting business requirements, and turning them into well-designed technical solutions across multi-layered systems.
  • Well-developed people and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate teams, navigate challenges, and keep work moving forward.
  • A demonstrated ability to manage priorities, build alignment across stakeholders, and help drive organizational change tied to technology initiatives.

 

Compensation:

This role pays $115,000–$130,000 per annum.
