Who- the Company:

Our client has been on a solid path of success and growth- they have already hit impressive milestones (partnering with high-profile investors, very strong valuation, global expansion) and are on an ongoing mission to hit more goalposts in the years to come.  The company is cash positive and they are a meritocracy environment where high performers will develop their careers and be rewarded in tandem with the company’s growth. Innovative and people-centric culture that is based on values of respect, diversity, ongoing learning, and grit.  The company has multiple entities, diversified operations across the globe, and a complex and interesting business model.

What- the Role:

On behalf of our client, Swim Recruiting is seeking a Director, Talent Acquisition.
We are looking for a well-rounded TA Leader who is excited to design and lead a modern Talent Acquisition function. The new Director of TA will execute on the TA strategy and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in several countries. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how the company attracts, engages, hires, and retains outstanding people while strengthening the employment brand and the employee value proposition.
