This is a 6-month contract. Remote work.

What- The Role:
We’re looking for 2 fully remote Technical Recruiters to support our client’s hiring needs in Vancouver, BC, and Seattle WA. These are fast-paced roles focused on identifying and engaging top tech in cyber security. This initiative will be for about 50 roles with forecasted Feb-May start dates while our client looks to build out a deeper cyber security team. There could be multiple hires for certain roles, as they build out a brand-new team from the ground up, so experience standing up new teams quickly and at scale will be important. The technical recruiters can expect to hire for Security Analysts and Engineers supporting Identity Access Management, Risk and Compliance and Security Operations, as well as a small number of people leader/program manager roles.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and talent partners to deeply understand role requirements and team dynamics.
- Source, screen, and engage top-tier candidates through a variety of channels.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer.
- Present qualified shortlists and provide insights and recommendations based on market feedback and pipeline strength.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through consistent communication and thoughtful coordination.
- Leverage ATS (e.g. Avature) to manage candidate pipelines and keep records up to date.
- Provide weekly reporting updates and communicate roadblocks to ensure timelines stay on track.
Who – The Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting with a minimum 2 years recruiting cyber security professionals.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working independently and thriving in a high-change, fast-paced environment.
- Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.
How much:
$50-55/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
