Are you a strategic change agent with experience scoping, planning, designing, and implementing change and engagement activities (impact and readiness assessments, leadership alignment, hypercare, sustainment plans) to support multi-year transformation initiatives? This is a 16-month contract in Vancouver. Hybrid working conditions of minimum 2 days onsite.

Our client is a Vancouver company with global operations and an impeccable reputation. They are a people-centric organization, known for their collaborative team culture.
What- The Role:
- Lead the design and implementation of change management strategies for Supply Chain Strategy transformation projects.
- Assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and plan and deliver engagement, communication, and sustainment activities to drive adoption across multi-year programs.
- Develop stakeholder engagement plans, provide input on learning programs, and ensure alignment with the Change Management COE.
- Support project management activities, including reporting, risk management, workstream content creation, and roadmap maintenance.
- Deliverables include status reports, project plans, stakeholder lists, and leadership engagement content.
Who- the Candidate:
- 3–5 years’ experience planning and delivering change management activities for transformation projects.
- University/College degree or relevant certification in business, change management, operations, or similar.
- Change Management certification preferred
- Experience with supply chain, and retail preferred.
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and lifecycle phases.
- Experience with cross-functional teams, product management, and technology environments; agile experience an asset.
- Excellent verbal, written, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence, resolve conflicts, and operate under tight deadlines.
- Experience in global, vertically integrated specialty retail or apparel a plus.
- Strong business acumen, analytical/problem-solving skills, and ability to connect initiatives to business outcomes.
- Interest in development tools and technology; team-oriented mindset.
How much:
$55-$61.50/hr + 4% vacation pay, if incorporated, please discuss with Swim.
Where:
Vancouver, Hybrid 4 days onsite.
