Hybrid working environment of 4 days in-office. This is a 1-year contract.

What- The Role:

Looking for an experienced Creative Design Recruiter to support the hiring for our client’s Product Creative Design, Merchandising, and Brand Creative teams.

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for creative roles across North America.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and define hiring strategies.
• Source, engage, and assess top creative talent across multiple disciplines.
• Guide candidates through the interview process and provide a best-in-class experience.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in the ATS.

Who – The Candidate:

• A few years’ experience recruiting in design, merchandising, or brand creative.
• Knowledge of creative portfolios and ability to assess design talent.
• You have a proven track record of success with a variety of recruiting methods, including direct sourcing, social recruiting and classic techniques and working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
• You have experience working with technology tools related to applicant tracking systems, candidate databases and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and navigate multiple time zones and markets.

How much:

$43.20-$49.40/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
