Talent Operations Coordinator
We’re looking for someone who thrives in Talent Operations – managing interview logistics, creating requisitions, and supporting onboarding with precision and efficiency. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating fast-paced environments, this role is for you.
Hybrid working environment of 4 days in-office. This is a 6-month contract.

What- The Role:
We’re looking for two detail-oriented Talent Operations Coordinators. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative and coordination tasks to ensure a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience. This role involves a high volume of scheduling and coordination in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing competing priorities and thrive in a culture that moves quickly.
- Create requisitions in Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support interview scheduling and coordination across time zones.
- Assist with onboarding processes and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance in all recruiting systems.
- Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
Who – The Candidate:
- 2 years prior experience in recruitment coordination or talent operations.
- Proficiency with ATS tools and calendar systems (Workday preferred).
- Highly organized with strong communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
How much:
$30-35/hr commensurate with experience + 4% vacation pay.
