Accounts Payable Administrator

This is a 6-month contract with chance for extension if business needs align. Hybrid working conditions of 4 days onsite.

What- The Role:

• Invoice processing on Coupa, Oracle.
• Utilise More4Apps for high volume invoice uploads into Oracle.
• Review ServiceNow queue and resolve queries.
• Act as a backup within the invoice processing department.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate urgent payments.
• Work closely with outsourced partners.
• Support with AP Aging reconciliation, investigating aged entries in Oracle to identify the necessary actions to resolve overdue invoice or credit memos.
• Coordinates month-end high value invoice entries with Ops Accounting team.
• Act as a backup within the invoice processing department.
• Ad hoc requests.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by AP Supervisor or Manager.

Who- the Candidate: 

• Knowledge on Group roll out of Coupa Invoicing (not a must).
• 3-5 years’ experience processing AP.
• Great communication skills in dealing with internal/external stakeholders, collaborative mindset.
• Superb time management skills and detail orientation and able to handle pressure and multitask.
• Analytical skills for reconciling accounts and discrepancies.
• Proficiency in accounting software’s, MS Office (Excel, Outlook PowerPoint).
• Experience in handling complex transaction.
• Experience working with outsourced partners.

How much:

$31-32.70/hr + 4% vacation pay.
