What – the Role:

On behalf of our client, SWIM is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will take ownership of the full recruitment cycle, from strategy to execution. This role will partner with leadership and hiring managers to develop tailored hiring plans and source and hire exceptional talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be focused on improving key metrics, analyze recruitment data, develop and execute hiring strategies, expertly manage stakeholder relationships, source exceptional candidates, and prioritize and manage current and forecasted recruitment planning for the entire organization.
 

Who – the Candidate:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment with a proven track record of hiring a variety of roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Have come from start-ups and/or other high growth companies.
  • Tech-forward, progressive, and metric-driven in their strategic recruitment approach.
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written – for effective collaboration.
  • Expertise in negotiation offers, salary packages, and other employment terms with candidates.
  • Experience hiring niche, hard-to-fill, roles through sourcing channels.
  • Have deep foundational knowledge of hiring best practices and have the practical skills to implement them.

Where:

Our client is located downtown Vancouver. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days onsite.
 

How Much:

The base salary depends on the candidate’s level of experience- $100,000 to $120,000 base salary. Plus, amazing benefits including 4 weeks paid vacation and work from anywhere in the world for up to 2 months!
