What- The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our client’s Enterprise Planning team on a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-expectation environments and is skilled at operationalizing work, building content, and developing executive-level presentation materials.
This role is hands-on and content-focused, you’ll be deep in the work, creating slide decks, and translating complex concepts into polished, professional materials that are SLT and board-ready. You’ll need to be PowerPoint-savvy, with an eye for design and a strong grasp of how to visually communicate strategy, process steps, and organizational updates.
If you’ve been part of large-scale transformation or strategy efforts and are strong in content creation, process design, and visual storytelling, this could be a great fit.
Who- the Candidate:
- 2–3+ years of experience post-university in a corporate setting.
- Background in high-exposure, high-accountability environments (e.g. consulting firms, large strategy or transformation teams).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly understand and represent business processes.
- Experience working on strategic initiatives or enterprise-level programs, especially where updates are delivered to senior stakeholders.
- Some familiarity with corporate financial concepts (e.g., funding processes, investment mechanisms, capex vs. opex) is a plus.
While this role isn’t heavily financial or Excel-based, an understanding of corporate terminology is important. The work is centered around transforming the enterprise planning process, mapping how strategic goals translate into annual planning. You’ll help visualize changes from current state to future state processes, distilling this into clear headlines and concise bullets.
How much:
Competitive hourly wage in the range of $50-$52.50/hr + 4% vacation pay, if Incorporated, please discuss with Swim.
Where:
Vancouver, hybrid working conditions, 4 days’ onsite.
