12-month contract for a Program and Change Manager focused on delivering retail technology initiatives.

What & Why:

Due to investment in technology, we are seeking a contract Change and Program Manager to help manage retail technology rollouts to stores globally. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle, ensuring that timelines, budgets and deliverables are met while driving organizational readiness and adoption through effective change management practices. Ideally you have handled a large-scale delivery of change and is comfortable stepping into the program space.  We are looking for someone who has the experience working with a large system implementation and mapping out the key milestones as there is significant crossover between the program management space and the change management space.  Any functional experience in WFM is a huge asset. This is a great opportunity to join a great organization on a mission critical program.

Who:

This client is a very recognizable Vancouver brand focused on inclusivity in the outdoor environment. They are focused on sustainability, connection and are proud to call the North Shore home. They have office space on the North Shore, but this role can largely be conducted remotely.  There will be ad-hoc meetings on site, but no required days per week at this time.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

• You have 5+ years work experience within a retail support function
• You have 3+ years of project management experience and have experience using project management software
• You have large-scale project delivery and/or workforce management implementation experience
• You have a background in change management and training

Compensation:

This role pays between $70-90 per hour.
