We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Team Lead Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Team Lead, you will oversee a group of developers, driving the design, development, and maintenance of scalable and high-performance applications built using Node.js. You will mentor and guide the team, ensuring high coding standards, efficient collaboration, and timely delivery of projects.

Location:

This is a role remote, must be in Canada.
Core working hours are 9-5pm PST, however there is some flexibility.

You:

You will bring the following education, skills, and experience to the role:

• Backend Nodejs and experience working with Databases, APIs, Queries
• Team Lead experience – Must have experience leading a small team which involves breaking down task, code reviews, mentorship
• AWS experience
• Experience working with React will be an asset.

Compensation:

Up to $160,000 annual base salary.
