Join our clients finance team as an Inventory Control Analyst and make an impact by streamlining processes, safeguarding data integrity, and enhancing inventory accuracy across Retail and Distribution. Be a key player in driving inventory insights and collaborating with Marketplace, Finance, and Supply Chain teams!
This is a contract through February 2025 with possible chance for extension depending on business needs.

What- The Role:
Finance – Inventory Control: Work at the center of our client’s business, create and improve processes and controls, maintain data integrity, reporting and analysis for our inventory in Retail and Distribution.
The Inventory Control Analyst will play a pivotal role in coordinating, analyzing and reporting on the company’s inventory control processes. The Inventory Control Analyst will be responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy at our Marketplace and Distribution Centers.
- Analyze and reconcile our enterprise inventory within the financial inventory system of record (RMS).
- Deliver product ownership on inventory intelligence and inventory health within specified region.
- Cross-functional partnership with Marketplace, Inventory Systems, finance and Supply Chain.
- Execute financial inventory adjustments for DC locations.
Who- the Candidate:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to make data driven decisions
- Business experience relating to inventory management
- Microsoft excel expertise and ability to work efficiently with large/complex data files
- Experience with data analysis or with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle)
How much:
$34-36/hr + 4% vacation pay.
Where:
Vancouver, hybrid working model of 3 days’ onsite, 2 remote working days.
