6-month contract ITIL Change Manager supporting the global technology organization of an enterprise organization with hybrid work located in Vancouver.

  • 6-month contract ITIL Change Manager role

  • Global enterprise organization

  • 3 days a week onsite hybrid work environment

What & Why:
As a result of investment into service excellence our global client is looking to add a contract Change Manager to their team.  You will be responsible for managing all aspects of Change Management for the Global Technology organization. You will be responsible for prioritizing change management requests, assessing their impact, and acting as the chair of the Change Advisory Board (CAB). The Change Manager will work closely with other members of the ITSM (Information Technology Service Management) team and key stakeholders to drive a continuous improvements strategy for ITSM across the technology organization.  This is a great time to join this team as they continue to invest heavily in Service Excellence.

They have an all-star leadership team who keeps you accountable and provides support while still affording you tremendous autonomy. They are located close to rapid transit in newly renovated offices in downtown Vancouver and a hybrid work policy, 3 days a week in office.

You:
You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in ITSM, with a depth of understanding in technology change management practices

  • A depth of understanding in ITSM processes – has prior experience standing up an ITSM change management process for a medium-large sized organization.

  • Has held previous Change Manager positions

  • Passionate about change management and partnership with the business – able to enroll others in an upbeat and energetic way

  • Experience with building a change management process using ServiceNow

  • Comfortable speaking in front of large groups and facilitating as Change Manager on a Change Advisory Board
